Custom manufacturing from a sample or a drawing

We manufacture tubes, hoses and fittings that are not in our portfolio from an OEM number, a technical drawing or a sample, at our plant in Gebze.

Optical 3D scanner measuring a bent tube
A bent tube under optical 3D measurement.

One of the three is enough

  • OEM number

The original reference number of the part. Our portfolio holds more than 2,600 parts matched to OEM references.

  • Technical drawing

Even with only technical data or an example drawing, we can redesign the part and manufacture it.

  • Sample

We measure the sample with our laboratory instruments, including the optical 3D scanner, and manufacture the part to those dimensions.

For a quotation, please also state the quantity, the vehicle or machine the part is for, and the country of delivery.

From enquiry to delivery

  1. Enquiry

You send the OEM number, the technical drawing or the sample. We reply to quotation requests within 2 working days.

  2. Measurement and design

The sample is measured in the laboratory; the part is redesigned by reverse engineering.

  3. Production

The tube is cut, bent on CNC and robotic benders, and its ends are formed. The hose is cut to length and crimped; fittings are turned on CNC lathes.

  4. Inspection

The first part made is measured in the laboratory and compared with the reference. Hose assemblies are tested under pressure.

  5. Delivery

The lead time depends on the product and the quantity; it is stated in each quotation.
