How do I request a quotation?
Enter the OEM number and the quantity in the quotation form. Without a number, we also quote from a technical drawing or a sample.
How soon will I receive a quotation?
We reply to quotation requests within 2 working days.
What is the lead time?
The lead time depends on the product and the quantity; it is stated in each quotation.
Which countries do you export to?
Our export markets are Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Sweden in Europe and, beyond Europe, the United States, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Iran. We also consider enquiries from other countries.
Production
Where are the parts made?
We manufacture at our 3,500 m² plant in Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye. Our only production plant is in Gebze; we have no other branches or affiliated companies.
Can you make a part that is not in your list?
Yes. We manufacture parts that are not in our portfolio from a sample or a technical drawing.
What sizes do you manufacture?
We manufacture steel tube in diameters of 4–25 mm and hose in diameters of 3–60 mm.
Do you manufacture under the customer's own brand?
Yes. We manufacture under our customer's own brand and in their packaging.
Which quality certificates do you hold?
We hold an ISO 9001 quality management certificate. Certification to IATF 16949, the automotive quality standard, is in progress.
