The Gebze plant

The factory is in Gebze, Kocaeli. Every process shown below, from tube bending to hose testing, runs in this plant, and the parts are measured in its own laboratory.

The machines are serviced on a periodic maintenance schedule.

Production processes

From stock material to a tested part: the steps a tube or a hose goes through in the plant.

  1. Steel tubes stored on a rack
Round and hexagonal steel bar stock

    01 / 07

    Tube stock and cutting

Production starts with the steel tube and bar held in stock. Tubes are cut to the length each part needs before they go on to bending.

  2. Robotic tube bending cell
Gripper of the robotic bending cell

    02 / 07

    CNC and robotic tube bending

Cut tubes are bent on CNC tube benders and in a robotic bending cell. The bend sequence, angles and distances come from a program written for the part.

  3. Tube end forming machine
Bent tubes with formed ends and nuts

    03 / 07

    Tube end forming

Tube ends are flared, beaded or swaged so that the tube seals against its nut, its fitting or the mating part.

  4. CNC machining centre and its control panel
    Machined hose fittings

    04 / 07

    CNC turning and machining

Nuts, nipples and connectors are turned from bar stock on CNC lathes and finished on machining centres.

  5. A hose being placed in the hose press
    Crimped hose assemblies

    05 / 07

    Hose cutting and crimping

Hose is cut to length, fitted with its ferrules and end fittings, and crimped on the hose press.

  6. An operator at the control panel of the honing machine
A part being checked with a dial gauge beside the honing machine

    06 / 07

    Honing

Parts whose bore needs a precise diameter and a fine surface are finished on the honing machine.

  7. A hose being placed in the test tank
    Hose pressure test bench

    07 / 07

    Hose pressure testing

Hose assemblies are tested under pressure in the closed chamber of the test bench.

Measurement laboratory

Parts are measured in the plant's own laboratory, and the results are compared with the dimensions of the reference part.

  • Optical 3D scanner measuring a bent tube

    Optical 3D scanner

Measures the geometry of a bent tube without touching it, so bend angles and distances can be compared with the reference.

  • Screen and digital readout of the profile projector

    Profile projector

Projects the magnified outline of a small part on a screen, where form, angles and dimensions are checked.

  • A part being measured on the hardness tester

    Hardness tester

Measures the hardness of materials and machined parts.

  • A part being measured with a digital micrometer

    Micrometers

For outside diameters and wall thicknesses.

  • A part being measured with a height gauge

    Height gauges

For heights and steps, measured on a surface plate.

How we develop products

From a drawing or a sample to production

A bent tube under optical 3D measurement

We develop new parts by reverse engineering. Even with only technical data or a drawing, we can redesign a part and manufacture it; in some cases without a physical sample.

The sample, or the first part made, is measured with the laboratory instruments, including the optical 3D scanner. Material analysis, dimensional verification, durability testing and assembly fit checks are carried out by our engineers and technicians.

Send us the OEM number, a technical drawing or a sample, and we will tell you whether we can make the part.

Request a quote for your project.

Please send the technical drawing, sample or OEM reference number. Your enquiry will be reviewed, and we will respond with price and lead time.

How a quote request works

  1. You send the OEM number, a technical drawing or a sample.
  2. We check compatibility.
  3. We reply with price and lead time.
